"Lo Yoga ? 1% teoria e 99% pratica" Sri K. Pattabhi Jois
Ashtanga Yoga is an ancient system of yoga that was taught by Vamana Rishi in Korunta Yoga. This text was given to Sri T. Krishnamacharya in the early 1900s by his guru Rama Mohan Brahmachari, and was later handed down by Pattabhi Jois for the duration of his studies with Krishnamacharya, starting in 1927.
The teaching of Ashtanga Yoga starts and spreads throughout the world in the Mysore KPJAYI institute currently directed by Sharath Rangaswamy.

I have been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga since 1997 and I run the Astanga Yoga School South Rome as Ashtanga teacher with E-500 RYT. I’ve attended the KPJAYI institute in Mysore (India).
I continue to get better my Ashtanga practice with the greatest masters such as Sharath, Saraswati Jois, Mark Robberds, Kino MacGregor, David Swenson, Mark Darby, Gabriele Severini, Giuliano Vecchiè, Manju Jois, David Robson, K. Karitinou, Ajay Tokas, Mariela Cruz .
I organise 200 and 300 hour Yoga Alliance courses.
